「Typically I would not write reviews but the host was not accommodating and wanted to charge us $50 for dropping off our backpacks early, that is fine we just took the backpacks with us. But when we arrived the place was not clean, you could tell the towels and bathroom were not that clean and in general the blankets/area seemed and smelled like it was not “freshly” washed or cleaned. 「The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. 「My family rented this unit for a special weekend and were unable to make it due to illness. The host was very gracious when I asked for an alternate date that wouldn’t affect his rental potential. He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated. 」
