"Staff were very accommodating"

"Housekeeping does not know how to knock. You'd think if there was no Do Not Disturb sign, the least the staff would do is knock and check for a minute if there is someone inside. Not once, but TWICE! They arrived way too early when me and my partner were just waking up, which I asked the kind receptionist about. Then when we left for a few hours, our room wasn't completely serviced even with the Service Please sign. We went to the gym which was decent to kill time, and finally when we came back the "Service Please" sign was gone. But they didn't even restock our towels. The second time is when they were going to bring it but again, they did NOT knock. And afterwards, I heard them laugh about it outside. Everything else during our stay was great (kind receptionists, nice gym, clean room, good location), but this housekeeping team has some of the worst manners and management I've ever seen."

"“The staff is helpful, and the room is clean and well maintained. The only concern I had at check-in was when the staff stated that parking is not free if you booked through a third party or Expedia. However, the staff refunded the parking fee when we checked out, which was good. I think she refunded the parking fee because we purchased tickets to Grouse Mountain through her.”"

"The property was in a lovely neighborhood just off a main thoroughfare with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. It was like home from home in comfort. We sat outside under the shady deck many evenings with a glass of wine. We used Uber most of the time which was super efficient and relatively inexpensive."
