"Thank you, Atrium! The customer service at the front desk is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade with a balcony and larger beds at no extra charge. The beds were so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud—an absolutely wonderful sleep! The location is perfect, just across the street from the PNE. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and the staff's excellent service. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic hotel!"

"Well maintained hotel with economical option for rooms with shared bathrooms. We got a room with private bathroom. It was nice to have the shared bathroom down the hall with the 4 of us. Great location, walking distance to most things to see in downtown, less than 10 minutes to a grocery store, liquor store, & many restaurants. There’s a McDonald’s 5-min-walk away for quick breakfast. Rooftop seating area is beautiful. Complimentary coffee & tea downstairs from 7:30/8 to 11:30/noon. Efficient helpful staff."
