「Hong was an excellent host from the start. She worked with me to fit my needs. Check-in was easy with the keypad.The house is roomy and very comfortable. Ample amount of towels were provided in each bedroom. I appreciated the k-cup coffees especially as I had busy morning starts.Hong was very communicable and addressed any of my messages in a responsive manner.House is walking distance to quite a few restaurants, market, coffee shops, banks.」

「I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. 」
