"There was a planed power outage in the area due to construction the hotel knew about this but gave us no warning that this was happening. So when the power went out there was no power to have breakfast very frustrating the power outage not there fault but the have a duty to at least let ypu know when your checking in that there will be one."

"The room was dirty and very rundown (moldy bathroom, toilet holder broken, room smelled of smoke and mold, floor was dirty). The windows did not have a privacy sheer, so we had to leave the heavy curtains closed all the time - which made the room very dark and the lighting was sparse. The windows were single pane glass and did not have screens. There was no lock on the window - only a small stick to keep out intruders. Coffee area did not supply sugar or creamer. When I asked for them to supply it, I was told to come to the lobby and get a coffee. Eventually they did bring the requests on the 2nd day. We paid $220 per night."

"I was really disappointed that I wasn't given our $15.00 meal voucher until we were checking out. We went to the bar in the hotel the night before and we had breakfast from Denny's in the morning. To find out after we had enjoyed this, we could have saved $15 bucks was annoying. I think that the hotel should have at the least taken it from our hotel stay. Other then that, the hotel was okay. Close to the airport, and the outdoor shopping across the highway was really nice."
