"Good for a short trip!"

"Spacious and clean family suite, great for our family of 4, included breakfast was convenient, staff all very friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat, right on the inner harbour a short walk from the Parliament and BC museum. One thing to note in the family suite is the bathroom is downstairs/bedrooms upstairs (for anyone needing to use the bathroom in the night you will be going down stairs). "

"Our room was clean and comfortable, and location was good. Parking was accessed easily. It is a bit pricey for what you get however, the area is expensive. They claimed to have an emergency stay rate that was supposed to be less expensive as we were in town for a medical emergency however, the rate was not much less than advertised."

"Not a great experience at all. Stains all over the couch and a dead rat at the entrance of the Inn wasn't a great first impression. It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem. Pack your bags and I will personally move them to the new room before you arrive back to the hotel. When we got back - nothing was moved and the staff said there was no message to move us and no rooms available. Overpriced, dirty, and poorly managed - you can find a better place to stay."

"It was an incredibly spacious suite, and very comfortable! We would definitely stay there again. We didn’t read or realize that there is no A/C in most rooms, so I would be cautious to book a room in summer because it was warm at night in April. Other than that, it was a lovely stay with friendly staff."

"Gold was a good choice… access, food, etc. shower had some mold in grout, towels and one of two robes were not soft. Room otherwise great, and quiet."

"Stayed here recently and it was a great overall experience. The room and common areas were clean, modern, and well kept. One of the standout features was the entertainment setup — the jumbo TV and games like ping pong and foosball were a huge bonus, especially for relaxing downtime. I didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor heated pool, but it looked really inviting and well maintained. Definitely something I’d check out next time. Location, amenities, and overall vibe made this an easy choice — I’d absolutely stay here again. 👍"
