また、チェックアウトの日に雪の影響により、交通手段がシャットアウト。どうなることかと思いましたが、ダウンタウンとフェリーまで車を出して下さり、観光まで楽しむことが出来ました。言葉で伝えきれないほど感謝でいっぱいです。

「We got in super late (around 2am) and had an issue with the door getting into our suite. Called at 2am and a gentleman called us right back in 30 seconds to solve the issue. Also had an issue with the TP holder and he said we were all set no issues. Location was also perfect, within walking distance of almost everything downtown. 」

「The greeter was such a delight! He made our stay so memorable! The hotel was lovely. It has every romantic getaway must-haves checked. Its in the quieter side of Victoria, so you have to travel 40 minutes farther away from downtown, but it was worth it nevertheless. The hotel suites were spacious and very comfortable. It even has a wide balcony that lets you view a wide range of nature. The room service staff were very friendly and attentive. 」
