「Very disappointed with a few things. 1) the room had a very notable insect (water, beetle, things and ants and spiders) problem, likely due to the large gap under the door where you could see daylight. 2) any customers that book their room through Expedia or similar paying an additional $10 for parking. I don’t understand this practice, just included in the price or not at all, but it feels like a notable unnecessary extra charge. There’s no other parking in the area other than the hotel...

「This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had an ice bucket but no glasses. Jug and coffee maker but no cups. Walked on the beach which was very polluted (looked like a lot of toilet paper washed up). Do not recommend 」

「Most units are two bedrooms that are owned by folks but our 1-bedroom efficiency unit, although comfortable and clean, was not impecibly decorated. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use either. Good access to the beach but one has to watch the tides, so be careful.」

「My room was very noisy. I heard people coming and going all the time as I was very close to the check-in and doors. It might be helpful if a sign was put up in the evening especially asking people to consider/respect others who may be trying to rest. I’m an elderly woman so like to go to bed by 9:00 or so. Several nights I didn’t get much sleep as people were talking loudly in the halls or the two recreational rooms. I would have liked to open the door to ask them to talk quietly but at my age...

「Parking is good, location is good. I give it a 3 star because the pool had clumps of hair in it. And large bandages. I walked into the pool. Saw the stuff in it and got out immediately. I showered and notified who i thought was a staff member. And a family entering the pool area of the condition and they didnt seem to mind. 」
