The staff member I spoke to was so amazing! Very accommodating, nice, welcoming, friendly, I couldn’t say anything but good things of my check in and booking experience!
The inn seemed somewhat updated, it was definitely cute and cosy! The bed I slept in and pillows were comfy and I loved having the ceiling fan as an option! I honestly had a great sleep!
Bathroom was in good condition, lighting was pretty great! I’m a makeup artist so that’s important to me when picking places to stay :)
It was a great touch that the heat had been on to welcome me to a cosy warm room!
kitchenette was great, kettle, utensils, cups, etc.
Plenty hangers in the closet and extra bedding. I wouldn’t say the couch was necessarily comfortable to sit on but it does the trick of course. Can’t speak to the sofa bed as I didn’t need to use it.
It’s too bad that I needed the curtains closed for privacy because the view of the ocean out the front window for morning sun was beautiful!
I did find sound travels quite a bit esp with people walking outside.
The only thing I would comment on is that being a single female I did feel a bit nervous staying there alone for the night. The doorway/locks /windows etc seemed a bit like they could’ve been updated for some extra safety precautions. But that’s just me being extra picky! I was totally fine and nothing happened but it was a feeling / concern I had if I’m totally honest! I did have some friends comment that the area may not be the safest.
