Then they offered a suite on the 4th floor with extra charge for it. I don't understand what they were thinking. Anyways we got a room on the first floor. But at least they could tell us before we paid then we could go to other hotel with an elevator. A little bit disappointed."

"The Rialto is very centrally located, a short walk to Centennial Square, Chinatown, Government Street, Market Square and the Inner Harbour. Despite it's downtown location it was very quiet. Our suite was beautifully furnished and well laid out. The staff were welcoming, efficient and prompt to reply to all our concerns. The ground level bars and restaurant were attractive and well patronized. Parking was adjacent and easy."
