「The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again.」

"宿泊日の1週間前に部屋の無料アップグレードのご提案をいただき、素敵な部屋に宿泊させていただきました。スタッフはとても親切に、色々相談に乗っていただき、感謝しています。私はBC コネクトバスを利用してバンクーバー空港から直接ビクトリアに来ましたが、ビクトリアのバス停からちょっと歩きますが、徒歩でホテルまで来れます。また、街の中心まで徒歩圏内なので、観光など色々便利です。初めてホテル建物を見た時はかなり驚きました。昔の貴族の館を改装したような外観で周囲の建物を含めて、外装も内装も素敵でした。朝食はアメリカのホテルよりはちょっと良い感じでした。"
