At first I thought it was just run down and could use a new coat of paint but on closer inspection there was dirt/debris on the floors, hair in the shower and bathroom floor, toilet wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, old potato chips on the floor and on the shelf above the fridge, holes in the walls like fists, smeared Oily stuff on the tv screen, stains on the walls and floors.
