「This is a proper high end hotel.beautifully design the carpentry is stunning We have stayed all over the world and this hotel is the best ever well worth the extra few bob.」

「Really happy with the hotel. We stayed at 5 different hotels this trip and this hotel and 1 other were the only hotels that made us want to come back.」

「The location is excellent as any sightseeing spot is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. If we visit Victoria again, we would love to choose that hotel.」

「The staff's response was neither good nor bad, but the walls of the room were thin and I could hear the guests in the next room talking, and when someone walked down the hallway, it vibrated inside the room, waking me up in the morning, even though I wanted to sleep well.」
