「The breakfast was not what I expected; they got our order wrong, but overall it was a really great environment. The coffee in the lobby area with the view it has is worth a lot to experience.」

「Karey is a very personable host and if you are a dog lover she has 3 well mannered standard poodles; Wally, Tigre and Molly. If you like, Karey will call them into your room one at a time to meet you. The bed was comfortable, you have your choice of 3 breakfast items and ours was delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however , we plan to return to explore the surrounding beaches and walks.」

「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!」

「I had an accident, not on the property, so I spent most of my time in the room only. It fit all my needs. Some updates to bathroom/shower facilities are needed such as grab bars and perhaps walk in showers. These facilities may have been available in other rooms, we did not think to ask. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of choice. We would definitely go there again.」

「朝食はとても美味しくて美しい！ 24時間コーヒーや紅茶などいつでも楽しめます。 ただ、入り口にスロープがないので、重たいスーツケースを運ぶのが辛かったです。」

「フロントのスタッフがとても良い対応をしてくれました。うるさい隣の部屋のゲストを静かにしてくれました。おかげでよく眠れました。無料の耳栓とアイマスクも助かりました。フロントの無料コーヒーが美味しかったです。」

「キレイで静かで良いホテルです！ただ木造なので、上の階からの音が響きます。外での話し声も部屋の中から聞こえます。 それ以外は良いところです！」

「立地的に仕方ないのだが、特に夜は周辺に飲食店も無く寂しい。ランドリーサービスが22時で終わってしまって、大変不便な思いをした。観光から戻ると遅くなるし、改善を検討願いたい。」

「The staff's response was neither good nor bad, but the walls of the room were thin and I could hear the guests in the next room talking, and when someone walked down the hallway, it vibrated inside the room, waking me up in the morning, even though I wanted to sleep well.」
