"A very convenient location for a stay in Victoria, just a short drive into the city centre, although the road to the front is quite noisy. We made full use of the 'Great Room', which has TVs, a pool table, piano and free tea and coffee all day and most of the evening. You can borrow electric bikes and kayaks from the hotel too."

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."
