「Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! 「1週間滞在しました。 客室は広々としていて小さなキッチンにリビングルームと小さなアパートのような感じで、とても快適でした。トイレの流れにくさ、鍵の掛け方にコツがいる点はレトロ可愛いホテルの素晴らしさと相殺できるくらい小さな問題でした。 立地もダウンタウンから徒歩25分くらいにあり、海辺の景色を楽しんでいるとあっという間に着いてしまいます。またダウンタウンから少し距離があるため治安もとてもよく閑静なレジデンスエリアにあり、安心して滞在できました。 パブも利用しましたが、いつも人が絶えない理由がすぐに分かる程、素晴らしい景色と美味しいビールと料理に感動しました。 またビクトリアに行く機会があれば必ず訪れたいです。」

「Overall place was okay. Ideas to make things better. 1. There were no staff or contact numbers available to help and answer questions. 2. No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. 」
