Excellent communication between the host and myself. The cabin was as described “Cozy” as well as very comfortable, which made it totally enjoyable. Will definitely consider this site at the top of my list for places to stay the next time I visit Victoria.

Very clean. Host was very responsive to cable being out and got it fixed right away. Made awesome recommendations for food in area. Had the best barbecue. Would definitely stay again!!

The Cozy Cottage was a great home base for our stay - quiet and relaxing street, just a short drive away from grocery stores, restaurants and many sightseeing locations.Adam and Sarah were wonderful hosts, warm, responsive and you can tell they care about their guest's experience. They also have two of the most adorable, friendly dogs!All around a great stay - thank you!

Very comfortable cottage with all of the appropriate amenities. Quiet and peaceful. Close to different walking trails, restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend.

Classic cottage vibe

Sarah was responsive to my request to enter into the suite a bit early, which I appreciated as I was needing a rest between my flight and dinner plans. It was a bonus to be able to park my rental car out front for free. I also needed an iron which she promptly provided.The place is very cute, with a classic cottage vibe. A little too rustic for me, however. But I know people who would really enjoy this relaxed, private experience. It’s great to have access to a backyard sitting area. And because of its residential nature, it’s quiet. I will state that I woke up with a number of bites on my left arm. While at first I thought bedbugs, I now believe it was fleas. I know I didn’t have these bites before going to bed. It is possible they came from the plane, rental car, or the restaurant. Apparently the place is pet free. Upon leaving, I shared my concern with Sarah, and she immediately called her cleaner and they gave the place an extra cleaning. So I acknowledge her receptiveness to feedback and appreciate her diligence.

Private Getaway

We had a great stay and will be back! Adam and Sarah were great hosts and truly allowed us to have quiet private respite from our usually crazy busy schedules. The cottage is quiet, fab and has everything you need or want - from a great tub, extra cosy couch throws, a lush private garden, comfy bed, and all the appliances or charcuterie dishes you would need. Highly suggest having a rental car and visiting wittys beach at low tide. Colwood pizza is delish and The Rose pub is yummy. You can easily walk to the wooded trails at Royal Roads from the cottage. Great location to zip to downtown Victoria!!

Homey week

Location & amenities were ideal for our visit to our son who lives on base 20 minutes away. Close to restauraunts, conveniences, main roadways, trails, attractions. It looks like there’s some public transportation but a car is recommended - parking included. Lovely, responsive hosts and lots of privacy. We were out most of the time and it was usually too cool to enjoy the yard. Overall good value & comfort and suited us better than a hotel.
