"Hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. Great in room coffee, and the restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. Just a short walk from Fisherman's wharf and about 17 minute walk to downtown. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown, but we inquired twice and they were not available for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the lights on the bed were not working and I received multiple text messages from the hotel during our stay. I was there 3 days and received a text on day 2 saying the hotel was looking forward to my visit. I think they just need to work out the timing of their automated text messages and send fewer messages."

"This hostel is truly friendly and has a nice vibe. My only concern was that the facility has no elevator. I suffer from knees problem and it was a challenge for me to go up the stairs to the 4th floor with all my luggage after a long day.
