"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which was perfect for us traveling with a small child. The pool and hot tub were also a great bonus. We came to celebrate both my husband’s and our daughter’s birthdays. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of any birthday acknowledgment. We mentioned the birthdays at the restaurant, but were told that a cake had to be ordered in advance. At hotels and restaurants of this level, I’m used to a small complimentary dessert or simple birthday gesture from the staff, so I was surprised that neither birthday was acknowledged. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience."
