"Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is older of course but it is kept up very nicely. The free breakfast buffet is a great amenity. You can sit in a nice room overlooking the garden and harbour. I will say there is lots of construction outside right now but still beautiful. "

"We love the Arbutus Inn! It's one of our favorite places to stay. I like it because it is very safe and nice for a good price. It's also perfect because it's so close to downtown. "Beautiful location! The room was great; spacious, modern, and clean. The trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday. The hotel sent a bottle of prosecco and snacks to our room as a gift! It was so thoughtful! We also each got a robe and slippers to use at the pool and hot tub. I would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing time. Oh, the hotel bar/restaurant happy hour is also fantastic! "
