"We rode our bikes from the Swartz bay to Victoria on the lochside trail. After all the riding Hotel had bike storage and allowed bike I th room if we preferred. Comfy beds hot tub to soak in and many restaurants and views nearby. Also a bart and 18th floor restaurant where we stopped for a nightcap. Wonderful!"

"We stayed here for a weekend visit to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday in Victoria. From check-in to check-out, everything was fabulous! The only complaint from any of the 4 of us in our room, was the lighting in the bathroom. Two of the four would/could not even attempt applying makeup prior to dinner, due to the dim bathroom lighting. Having said that, the bathroom 'space' was incredible for 4! Hotel security was fantastic and the valet parking was great. A little more space at the check-in/valet zone would have made things easier but we still managed okay. Quick & friendly check in (including warm cookies), hotel/room cleanliness, walkable location to everything downtown, onsite hotel restaurants (Starbucks) & pub were all top notch! Highly recommend staying here for family's, couples & singles! "
