We had a very nice 3-night stay at the Rialto. The staff were very helpful and any recommendations from them turned out to be great. We appreciated the higher floor room we received and closing the bathroom door kept it quiet at night (window insulation was not as good in the bathroom and outside noises drifted in). All in all we enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the restoration work involved in maintaining this hotel’s historic status.

Phenomenal staff! They make the experience of an already stunning property and location that much better. They have a way of accommodating all types of travellers from families to business and so on,

The furniture and kitchen wear needs a replacement upgrade. Considering the 5 star cost, these should reflect the price.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great all three mornings that we were there, and staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay there again. The location was perfect.

Charming hotel in a perfect location downtown - bedroom and bathroom were beautiful - all of the staff were friendly and helpful - highly recommend.
