The king room with balcony was like a mini home away from home. Very quiet (which we love), with great amenities, and thoughtful additions to the room to make our stay pleasant. (Great pillows, reading lamps, balcony with table and chairs, good closet space and hangers, great curtains to block out light. And everything worked (and this is not a given in many hotels). Would stay again. Thanks.

The hotel and property were clean. The front desk was very helpful. Used the guest laundry facilities- the front desk was able to provide change. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. Would stay here again!

Spacious (1Q bed suite), comfortable, quiet, easy access and parking, free EV parking included and easy to access, good location for walking into town on Cowichan Valley Trail, good complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, attractive grounds. View from our room was a large, gravel lot — not particularly attractive, but we didn’t pay for a view room. Very good value with all that’s included.

I stay here often and i love it. Great rooms in a quiet area and always a nice breakfast. My only complaint is that kids use the pool from morning to late night. There should be an adults only time for the pool, say after 8.
