Then there’s very little hooks to place towels or clothes. May be minor to some people, problematic to others."

"Phenomenal views of Kobe Port from the balcony and the night views are absolutely stunning. We took the West view facing the ferris wheel and enjoyed all the light shows in the evening. The hotel is a bit dated but no complaints at all. The free shuttle bus from Sannomiya station is super convenient. There is also a Family Mart within the hotel (closes at 11pm). The location is prime as it's a 3 minute walk to the Kobe Port Tower."
