Near to train station, convenient stores and eating places. Also a good view to see the Akashi Castle.

windows cannot be opened and the room has weird smell. hotel is extremely old. Luckily the staff gave us fan in the room to ease the heat, which cannot be controlled, and the to fan off the smell.

The staff are very helpful and speak English. Thy went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Balcony overlooking the harbour. Location great next to Kobe loop bus link which meant you could get anywhere in the city on a day pass which was only 660 yen. Numerous dining experiences within 200 metres of the hotel.

A quirky sort of hotel with a nautical theme in central Kobe.The airport bus stop is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel near Sannomiya station.Very close to all sorts of restaurants and other activities. My single room was very comfortable.The hotel staff were helpful-but adhered strictly to rules. ...

The views from the hotel are great of Kobe, but the hotel is dated and it shows. There is nothing in the surrounding area for night life except the nearby hotel.

The hotel is in good location for stay over before my cruise trip. To and from KIX airport is also convinence. Need more time to communicate with hotel staff for a non Japanese speaking cutomer. Yet, they have been very helpful. It will be our best choice if we visit Kobe again.
