Outstanding Service & Comfort

The hotel staff were outstanding First class service. Great breakfast and luxurious room Classic style and design yes and not my usual choice but this was just the best hotel around. Go there!

This Hotel location is the best near a train station and amazing luxury stores. I paid extra for he breakfast buffet and to be honest, I do not think it was worth it. The quality of the food was not 5 stars.

Japan 2023 Tour

We were very impressed with the greeting and service upon arrival; the room and view were wonderful, beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and amenities; location near shopping and restaurants via the underground tunnel was great; what a great property!
