"Great stay"

"Great property"

"Very helpful and respectful staff. The location can't be beat if you want to be in the heart of Kobe. If you are coming via Sannomiya station it's only a 5 minute walk! The lobby is beautifully done as well."

"The room was large and very clean. Staff were very polite and professional. The entire hotel was very elegant and will be in my future plans."

"good！"

"This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...

"Staff is courteous and helpful and they make the difference in our short stay in Kobe. Location is convenient too."

"出張での利用でしたが問題ありませんでした。スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。"

"Everything was old and outdated. Very dirty and smelly and slightly damp. The door had no key. Felt very unsafe, like I was in a poorly maintained adult doll house. And all that for 210 bucks. 0/10 would not recommend."

"Excellent services, great room and food"

"Great balance between modern facilities and great historical famous onsen"
