シングルステイでしたが、部屋が空いているとこのとでグレードアップしてくれました。駅にも近く、コンビニもすぐ近くにあり便利だった。ベッドも広く、固さもちょうどよかった。

神戸に宿泊する時はいつも利用しており、個人的に神戸の定宿としています。ホテルは神戸駅北側の三ノ宮寄りに位置しており、JRを利用する際に便利ですし、阪急・阪神・山陽電車を利用する場合も湊川神社横の高速神戸駅が徒歩数分です。なにより、神戸駅北側は静かで落ち着いていて静かに過ごせるところがとても良いです。ホテルも落ち着いた内装で静かに落ち着いて過ごせますし、スタッフの対応も丁寧で好感が持てます。正直言って、あまり素晴らしいと評価することでみんなが利用して予約が取りにくくなると嫌なので、お勧めしたくないと思うくらい、神戸エリアでベストのお気に入りホテルです。
