Pilar and her amazing staff have created an unforgettable space. We were lucky enough to stay in the riad in its infancy. There were a couple of options that weren’t available yet but Pilar and her staff made us feel like it was our home for two days and we are almost as excited as she is to see her vision come to life. If you are looking for beauty, peace, finishing touches everywhere you look, and warm, smiles that remind you of your own family, Free People Riad has it all abundantly. Mucho...

Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day.
A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad.

Firstly - the staff (all of them) and Valentina elevate this beautiful Riad to a truly exceptional experience. With over 1,000 Riads to choose from in Marrakech, Kaiss stands out not just because it is tasteful, comfortable and really beautiful, but also because you are taken care of - with love - from arrival to departure. Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou.
I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech.
The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech.
A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc.

It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet.
