「Wow! The swimming pool area was better than the pictures and we were totally impressed with the open kitchen/living/dining - fabulous for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. The neighborhood was gated, but close to necessities like a Publix. The only problems we encountered were what to do with the trash (I probably did not read the fine print) and the handle was broken on the sliding door to the pool when we arrived. But it had a finger hold, so we didn't want to bother...

「The property was a convenient distance to Disney and lots of shops and restaurants right down the street. The house had everything we needed. The pool and amenities were an added bonus. It also had a little movie theatre in the community that was a nice day to break up our week at Disney. Plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen had everything I could need. 」

「Wonderful home! Had everything for the family! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated! The garage with ping pong table, air hockey, basketball and games was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was great! It’s a 15 minute drive to Disney, no shuttles. I have nothing negative to say! The house was perfect! 」

「Great spot that was more affordable than others. Check in was difficult as gate code and door code given were incorrect. Quick responses from host got us in after few minutes. Place was clean and nice. Would stay again!」

「We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very nice, and the area was great. The shared pool areas were impressive and well-maintained. However, the check-in information was inaccurate, as we weren’t informed we had to check in at a hotel reception, which was a bit confusing. Despite this, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d gladly return!」

「We rented the property to have a business retreat for the week. Location was a little further out of Orlando than expected, but not an issue at all! The only issue for us, was getting the address for the home at 5:00 pm day of check in. Understanding the reasoning from the owner though. Having 30 people traveling in from all over the south east posed a bit of a challenge and confusion. Overall, home was great!」

We appreciated the amenities at Encore like the restaurant and water park. This was our third time staying at an Encore home and we will be back!」
