"The hotel is great. The beds are very comfortable. The property needs love. A lot of missing landscaping and the moat was empty and looked gross. The rooms are dated. Ours had water damage, the bathroom door didn't shut without force, shower could get scolding hot, which is dangerous for kids and burning them and the shower would not shut off. Staff is fantastic. I wish there were more sun loungers at the pools."

"Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that."
