Great place to stay

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast options and it’s closer to all Disney theme parks.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

Comfy and comfortable room. Property super clean. Staff made feel like at home. Don’t have any negative comments for sure we’ll stay again in the near future.

Great stay! Comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast was good and friendly staff. . We were able to take the shuttle to Magic Kingdom which was a real plus! I would recommend this hotel!!

Everything was amazing from the comfortable beds, the buffet breakfast was a plus close to ALL theme parks highly recommend

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Close to Universal, walkable but also had plenty of transportation options. Property was clean and stay was friendly.

The breakfast was always very good and versitile. Didn’t like no mirrors in the bathroom, there should also be some hooks to hang things up.
