"Room was excelllent would have liked to have known there were No elevators. One of our rooms was in the third floor and the other on a second floor. Would have liked our rooms together. Wasn't aware I had to specify that many details. Known for next time because I will stay again. But will remember to request first floor and close together next time. It was a hassle with all our luggage and items for a week stay. Also a 10:00 checkout at a resort is early especially when you are staying more than a couple of days. "

"Our family had a great time at the resort. My two kids really enjoyed the pool and the man hot tubs on the property. We would definitely stay again! "

"The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy. "

"The resort was disappointing and the wait to check in was ridiculous. The staff was too busy playing and not attentive. It took 45 minutes to get a pizza from the restaurant and they forgot my order and had to remake it. The elevator was malfunctioning and a lot and there was on one for several guest. The room was stinky and it was damages on the floor and only like 3 towels. I will never stay there again."

"Nice intimate resort and pool with all your needs. Super friendly staff and they automatically restock supplies and clean towels. Would say here again with my family. "
