"The property was amazing and much larger than I thought. The room itself was lovely but the bathroom smelled of mildew and I could hear the upstairs party more than I would have liked. I was able to communicate with the host through text and they were available 27/4. The party upstairs was being quite loud on their balcony one night and I texted about it and the property enforced quiet hours by sending security to ensure the upstairs party was being more mindful. There are 3 restaurants on site and I ordered room delivery from one. We also had lunch at another when we spent the day at one of the many pools on property. They had music and pool side bingo. The property was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things. I would plan to stay again when I am visiting Disney. There was a staff member on property who provided the wrong directions when I was lost on the property as there are many buildings. His name was Clifford and another staff member was able to help, I wish I would have gotten her name because she was amazing."

"The room is a bit smaller, the AC works okay could definitely be colder. They offer extra kid amenities which is nice but somethings just don't work like the Xbox or the basketball electronic game on the 2nd floor. The staff in front was okay they made me wait about 10 minutes to check me in because they were working on something else. There were 2 of them so I thought at least one could have helped while the other was working on something. Definitely need more towels available at the pool. Overall for the price it did its job you can tell they are still improving the property also I would not stay here if I didn't have kids."

"I went for two days and my stay was absolutely wonderful. My family had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean, the staff were great, I didn't drink at the bar but it looked nice. The hot tub in our room had dirt come out of the pumps so we did not use it. That was the only problem. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub near the pools though. All in all it was great. We will return soon."

"it was one night with my family friendly guy in the lobby very clean in the lobby and in the rooms clean bathroom and clean towels and also linen on the bed in the morning the breakfast was delicious and for different tastes there is also a children's room and a conference room and of course a swimming pool but we did not use it thanks to all the staff"
