"The Staff was exceptionally good and professional, the hotel needs some upgrades. The amenities like Continental breakfast NOT include EGGS only bread and cereals. The room not have iron you need to request, TV needs to be updated they are olds and low service of channels, the TV remote control doesn’t work and not have lid was cover tape. The location was great in Kissimmee near to old town in Kissimmee. "

"We enjoyed our stay! I would suggest that the time for breakfast end at 10:00 am instead of 9:30am. Plus luggage carts would be beneficial to assist during checkout. "Check in was excellent, kudos to Iris, she was fantastic. The room was large and comfy, but there were no drawers to put our clothes and a very small closet that an ironing board and iron took p most of the space also the in room sae did not work, but temperature was great. One housekeeping note is that we did not get an wash cloths on the third night. But all and all it was a greatotel and will stay there again"

"Room had some damages, needs an upgrade, furniture was worn, bath needs some fixing as the bathroon caulking was peeling off. TV are super small We did not have to deal with staff much as the have self check in. We ordered towels as the room for 6 guest only had two towels in each bath. They were courteous on the phone and helpful. "

"The room was clean. Certain things were updated like the bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Two things I think they can improve on are: First, we had space under our outside door and around it instead of the door fitting snuggly into the frame - light came through and I'm sure sound could and it was big enough for small critters to go through. Second, the breakfast weas out of items and those items were never restocked even though we came part way through the breakfast time. Finally, people should be aware that there are helicopters right beside the hotel taking off - we didn't hear them while sleeping but they were flying in the evening. The price point was great and so I should have expected the quality of the hotel to be what it was but was taken back by it since it's a Howard Johnson property. "
