Staff were very nice. Pool area was not bad aswell. The landscape and other outdoor areas need addressed. We had a two bedroom in the 5002 building first floor. The exterior of that building is in need of some updating. The room was musty, we had to sweep the floors as they looked like they were missed when cleaning. Rooms also need a deep clean and updating . All and all it served its purpose for our two night hold over but I can not see our entire family spending a weeks vacation here when there’s so many more option in this general area that are up to date and have better options

Check in was rough, staff was not accommodating to checking in before 4pm regardless if rooms were ready. The room they originally had us in had to be switched bc it wasnt ready. They have seperare areas and pools. Hotel itself is run down, elevator had broken wood and flooring. The only kept up places were the pools. would not stay again.

The entire sleeping areas or condos is in desperate need of renovations. Most of the furniture is extremely warm and show it’s age. It was hard to tell if it was dirty or clean because there were just so much scratches damage everywhere. We changed room three times and looked at as five other units. All had some kind of water damage especially in one building let me finally found bug in our kitchen and one in our bed. We told them we were checking out and we were good to another resort, which was good in their renovated area Silver Bay. I do not recommend staying here until they have closed the resort take care of the water damage and issues and done renovation to the condo, beautiful views however, from some of the building on the maintenance and cleaning and other stuff really did try to help, but it was beyond their control

I think the rooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned. Especially in and around the tub and bathroom floors. The jets on the whirlpool tub are disgusting.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for a few nights and overall it was an okay experience, but not quite what we expected. The biggest disappointment was that the room looked very different from the photos online. The pictures made it seem much more updated and modern than what we actually got, so it honestly felt a bit like we were “catfished” when we walked in. That said, there were definitely some positives. The pool area was really nice and probably the highlight of the stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. The room itself was reasonably clean, but it felt a bit outdated compared to the listing photos. Nothing was terrible, but it just didn’t match the expectations set when booking. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re mainly planning to use the pool and spend most of your time out exploring Orlando. Just be aware that the rooms may not look like the photos advertised.

The stay was very pleasant! My kids had a very uncomfortable mattress on the pull out sofa, which was a little better after I requested they change it but not much. Wouldn't recommend an adult sleep on it. Other than that it was great- all appliances worked and they have fun activities like crafts and movies by the pool! The food at both cafes was so good, and very reasonably priced. We were disappointed that the zip lines were closed but that's not a big deal. Overall great and would definitely stay there again!

This was more like a cheap motel. Awful smell, moldy tub, malfunctioning lights, oversized nasty furniture that blocked the doors from opening to the closet and bathroom, people smoking weed in the parking lot, springy bed, not at all as pictured. The kids play area (main reason we booked) closed until further notice. Wifi didnt work. Asked to switch rooms, told no. Said they would send maintenance, never did. Expedia was no help either. Very dissatisfied.
