"Overall a great stay the host was helpful. Check in was a nightmare as I was hassled by guest services to do a timeshare tour for over 30 minutes I must’ve told this man no 6 times and he kept on. I eventually literally had to be rude and just walk away after he started asking for a credit card to process. Then called me a whole other day to hassle me on the phone about doing a tour. I didn’t get the room I requested due to a lot of construction going on on site which also had a pool closed...
