"If you are expecting the Wyndham Brand standard at "Baymont by Wyndham", keep driving. This property functions less like a major hotel chain and more like a neglected roadside shack that has completely given up. In a city built on hospitality, this is an embarrassing, bottom-tier failure. The phrase "limited housekeeping" is a convenient mask for a total absence of service. When I spilled something on my bed and requested a sheet change, I was told flatly that it wasn't possible. Apparently, once you check in, management expects you to live in whatever filth accumulates. The facilities are a laughable deception; the property looks significantly larger in photos than in reality. While the room was basic, the maintenance is a joke, the shower was literally held together by rubber bands. Connectivity is non-existent; the Wi-Fi is spotty & the area is a complete dead zone for AT&T users. Do not stay here if you need to remain reachable for work or family. Even the advertised breakfast is a bait-and-switch; staff cleared everything away significantly earlier than scheduled. This is my final straw with the Wyndham chain. From dirty footprints in tubs to being forced to crawl across unlit, icy parking lots in Cleveland due to zero maintenance, it is clear Wyndham only cares about collecting money, not basic standards of hotel hospitality "
