The villa was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the water from the back. I didn't have a car and there are not restaurants or stores close by. I had to order in my meals and a few groceries from a grocery store in the area. I know that amenities vary greatly but in my many stays at various other similar places that I've stayed (in the US and abroad) I'd never seen as few basics offered. Basically, salt and pepper. No coffee, no tea--nothing else! I now realize that I should have asked questions about where to find groceries, what condiments, etc., would be furnished.
If you have a car and can shop for what you need, it's a nice place. Two bathrooms (nice), but one bedroom (with two full beds)--fine for me but maybe not for anyone else other than a couple or family.
