"The hotel was nice but the rooms could use some updating as well as the hallways. They seemed dark. My kids and I would move quickly to our room and elevator. Food was good. We eat at the restaurant twice and we were satisfied. "

"When I checked in and got to my room, (1) the smell was old and musty, Curtain to the porch were and the plastic or the material it was made was cracked and falling apart. (2) shower pressure was unsat. (3) made sure had the right time before setting the alarm, and lucky for me I woke up early and the clock was 20 minutes faster than the actual time and the alarm never went off."

"Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts. There is also no ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerators, and the hotel ice machines were broken. So, if you want ice, I’d pick up a bag and bring it with you. The pool was great for kids, but make sure you get there early to get a seat because there are very few pool chairs outside. And, if you plan on doing laundry, just know that it took our one load of laundry almost 3 hours to dry. Overall, it was fine. There are too many other great hotels in Orlando though, so we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Clean, spacious room. Hot shower with great water pressure. Easy check in and parking. Breakfast is good with omelet station, pool is nice. Would definitely stay here again"

"Menu variado en el desayuno, a veces caótico con los pancakes y la espera, en la partes de caliente todos esperábamos tocino y había salchicha. Meatball, o mlnl hamburguesas según el día. Las respuestas ya necesitan renovación, están vencidas y son incómodas"
