「Gwen was a great host overall. We had a couple things that we ran into while we stayed that’s why I gave 4 stars but overall Gwen handled everything very well. We appreciated her quick responses and would recommend again. 」

「The instructions for locating the lock box were not specific enough. There were two lock boxes on the house and the one the instructions pointed us to was not the correct one. In addition, the operation of the lock box wasn't given.
