"Nice room and wonderful amenities ."

"I did not like that every time I walked through the lobby area, I was approached by the Wyndham time-share people (they had a desk on each side of the lobby so you are unable to avoid them). I also didn't appreciate being told during check-in that I received a free gift from Wyndham and could collect it at one of the desks. Not knowing that this desk was a time share gimmick and was stuck there for 20 minutes listening to their spill and unable to just walk away. Very disappointing. Other than this, the property was great. I will not be back due to the constant sales gimmick."

"Resort was wonderful, it’s an early check in before our main stay. Great location great view of Epcot and magic kingdom fireworks, as well as Disney springs. Our room faced the rainforest cafe in DS and walking there was great. Excellent resort, great amenities, great bar, great food, excellent decor and family friendly. Will always stay there when we come down as an early check in prior to our DVC check in."

"The resort is old. Our shower head was broken, the fan in the bathroom had no fan, the toilet was broken and ran all night. When I brought concerns to the lady at the check out she shrugged her shoulders. For $400 a night, this is insane. Our friend was is staying all week had German cockroaches crawling around in her bathroom. We caught one to show management."

"The rooms were spacious and the location was convenient, Unfortunately, the overall experience quickly went downhill. About two weeks before my stay, Hilton had just switched to a new internal system that hadn’t properly synced with third-party platforms like Expedia. As a result, I was charged for the full stay at the hotel, even though I had already paid in advance through Expedia. Despite showing my receipts and confirmation, the issue wasn’t resolved on the spot. What was most frustrating was being told that it was my responsibility to contact their accounting department to sort out the duplicate charge. Instead of taking ownership, the burden was placed entirely on me as the guest. Hilton used to feel reliable and customer-focused, but this experience suggested a shift in priorities. When something goes wrong, guests shouldn’t have to chase down a resolution themselves. For a resort stay, the added stress simply isn’t worth it. Life is busy enough without having to worry about being charged twice for your hotel."
