The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were basic but had everything we needed. The area felt safe and was conveniently located near restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities. The beds were okay, but the blankets were a little thin and not very soft. This would have been a five-star stay if the pillows had been more comfortable and the AC unit in the room had been quieter. One downside was that some residents were smoking cannabis very close to the buildings, and the smell was quite strong and sometimes made its way into the rooms. Having a designated smoking area farther away from the rooms, along with clearer smoking policies, would make a big difference. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I was happy with my stay.

The 1st room lasted 5 minutes after discovering the room smelled of smoke (non smoking) and the toilet did not flush. The next room also had evidence of smoking but the toilet flushed. Kind and caring staff. Property clean.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The hotel was close to some restaurants and that was convenient. Unfortunately, there were no first floor rooms available and no elevator. We had to carry our baggage upstairs, which was inconvenient since we were there for a wedding and had a lot of things.

The employees were great, but they have no authority, and have to email the owners for every little request. They told me they were forbidden to make copies for guests, even if you pay. When, after staying here for over 5 months, and not owing a penny, I said my money transfer wouldn't be there by noon, but likely by 2:00...the desk clerk emailed the owner's son, "Ricky", who replied. "Get out by noon and come back when you have some money." I got the $1200 transfer at 11:45. I checked out at noon and will never be back. This is no reflection on the employees who are nice and as helpful as they are allowed to be, but the owners policies unfortunately lean heavy toward the "we don't care" side. The rooms have no closets, no drawers, but plenty of gnats, and the recent remodel job was sloppy and looks worse than before they started. Good luck.
