"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment I booked the house everything was smooth and so professional. Immediate answers to any doubt/request. Upon arrival the house was tidy and clean. We were a group of 11 (1chd 1toddler) and the accomodation was as expected according to explanation and photos we had seen. Fully equipoed kitchen! We enjoyed outdoors ver much. Sofa and big tv enabled all of us to have movie nights all together. Spacious parking for to the big suvs we have rented."

"The value is being near the beach without having to fight traffic. Parking was tight for larger vehicles, smaller vehicles could take advantage of provided carport. Quick access to H3 made it easy to reach Pearl Harbor area. Must try Island Snow within walking distance."

The location right on the beach was absolutely beautiful and just as amazing as the photos. This was our first time staying in Kailua, and we loved being away from the crowds and getting more of a local feel.One thing we especially loved was that there were so many shopping and food options within about a mile of the property, yet the home itself still felt peaceful and away from it all. It really was the best of both worlds.The home was very clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. We traveled with multiple couples, so having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus and made the stay so convenient. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip.The weather during our stay was perfect for a home without AC, and the multiple fans throughout the house were definitely helpful. We could see it potentially being less comfortable during hotter weather, but it worked well for us during our trip.We had two rental cars and had no issues with parking. The listing may mention space for additional vehicles, but guests should know that more cars could make getting in and out a bit difficult since the property is located at the end of a long one lane private drive shared by 4 homes.We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property was beautiful and very well appointed. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped. There was not only a grill but also charcoal and lighter fluid. Towels were hotel quality. We spent some of our week just hanging around the house. Beach and neighborhood delightful."
