"An uncomplicated house sitting right on the beach! "No fluff" is not a bad thing, just that the house had exactly what you needed and nothing you did not. Ample sleeping space, multiple bathrooms, easy beachfront access, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Easy check-in to boot!Oh, and we counted 14 wild peacocks roaming the property at one time! Really neat for the kids!"

"The cottage is in the most convenient location with beautiful view of Diamond Head from bedrooms. Walking distance to great food, cross Kapiolani Park to beach in 15 mins. It was spotless! Only minor downside was drains were slow and would back up in kitchen and bathroom, likely because of older plumbing. We would love to stay here again."

"Could not be beat for the price. Proximity to the neighbors meant inevitable noise (party). Minor maintenance issues (fire alarm went off without cooking or smoke to trigger), other small things that are easily fixed. Nice unexpected basic supplies. Spacious, comfortable, good location."
