"Clean hotel and room. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights. Our only issue was two of those nights we didn’t have hot water. Technician was sent and claimed they fixed it but after a few minutes of hot it would go cold again."

The location can’t be beat, pool is lovely, daily tokens at the store are great for chairs, umbrella etc. unfortunately the surf boards are not included in the token deal which was disappointing. We were disappointed in the housekeeping services which didn’t show up once during our 4 night stay. Beds and pillows weee super comfy and the hotel was quiet at night which is hard to find in Waikiki! "

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, including security, I think her name was Sofia, who made many recommendations including happy hour and helped us get seated with only 2 minutes before the end that we wouldn’t have gotten in. We prepaid for the breakfast at Appetito’s which included gratuity so super convenient and their staff was also awesome. The complimentary refresh room was awesome after snorkeling and sitting by the pool before our 9:25 pm flight. Location was great - I will definitely come back here if I get to Oahu again!"
