"As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. "The views were beautiful and the condo was very quiet. It was very close - only two blocks- to the beach. The free parking was a huge plus since we rented a car to get to other beaches on the island. If you are renting a car be aware that the traffic is horrible getting in and out of the Honolulu area. But, aside from that, the condo was very comfortable and it always felt good to return “home”."

"Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom...

"The staff was extremely friendly and amenable to our request for any help. We got a two bedroom suite, but it only had one bathroom (I didn’t pay close enough attention); but it all worked out for our party."

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
