"We enjoyed the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility. We were informed that we we supposed to get seven free breakfast vouchers and a room upgrade for being Expedia gold members and the length of our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast, but did not receive the room grade because the resort was fully booked. Even at full capacity the resort was not crowded like the other hotels and resorts that we visited in Waikiki. The resort’s food, music and atmosphere was very enjoyable and relaxing."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hallways were carpeted, and they were very worn and dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable being barefoot in my room. The location is wonderful with excellent restaurant options on site. Direct beach access was a plus, with ocean and Diamond Head views."

"We really, really enjoyed our stay at the Stay. Our room was great, spacious, and had everything we needed. There was a smart tv, mini fridge, and closet. The AC worked very well. We had a balcony, and we enjoyed our view. Our room was clean and the room was cleaned everyday. The restroom was a good size and the water pressure was great! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was very sweet and kind too. This is a great place in a great location. It is close to everything, especially the beach! We personally look for hotels that cover the basics really well because we spend most of our days out and exploring, and the Stay Hotel did all of that and more for us. Some reviews complained about noise, but we were on the 7th floor and were not bothered by it at all. Ear plugs are also always a solution too."
