I just didnt like the bathroom needs improvement but other then that it was ok. Valet parking couldnt find our car we waited awhile for it like 30 minutes. But we had a nice visit thanks for the snacks.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms are pretty dated and the walls and shower could use a good cleaning. The staff was very helpful considering how busy they were. Parking was very easy as it was vallet for a 40 a night fee. They had lots of ice water and tea available and a little snack bag for us as well. The pool was clean and towels fully stocked. Due to the cleanliness of the rooms I probably would not stay here for more than a night. For our needs it was definitely worth the price to be in and our if the city for a day.

MOLD! Beware of this hotel. We had headaches and chest pains. I looked around and the room and hotel was riddled with MOLD everywhere! I told them and they did not deny it. When I asked them to let me leave they pressured me and got angry. I calmly told the manager I just wanted my money back because the room does not look like the pictures they have posted on Expedia, their website or other forums. They told me to vacate so they could give the room to someone else. They did not address the MOLD. They did not refund me the night I stayed there. They ignored the problem.

This hotel is in the center of everything..restaurants, shopping and not far from the beach..buts it’s sad that it’s outdated and in need of an upgrade. Check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly.

Chaotic doubled my parking and after I had booked stay and no one new what to do no pre planning should not be guest problem. On a high note the young men Plural were on it and courteous to a degree I Thought was a lost art. I don’t know where the pictures were taken for ad it was five years before or somewhere else a very dishonest representation. I’m saying it one more time staff was point on need a raise and I would of tried to get 4 out of five to work for me when I had stores.
