All the Amenities!!! So close to the Beach, Hotel provided Beach Towels, Chairs, Floaties, Free Laundry Facilities, Great Coffee. Staff is Excellent with the exception of one front desk Staff, older woman that seemed to have attitude, not personable at all!

Room was small but clean. The zoo parking lot is 15 min walking distance and was safe to leave rental car there for free after 7pm. Waikiki beach and a bunch of restaurants are a block away.

The staff at the property was very friendly. My room was cleaned every day. The property is One block away from the beach. I enjoyed my stay and will choose that hotel again when I return back to Hawaii. And will also recommend this hotel to friends or family

Property is in excellent location to beach! One block away! Hotel is dated but you can tell the staff take great care to keep it clean. Super nice and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel location is very convenient, with many shopping places nearby and very close to Waikiki Beach. However, the room is a bit small and there are no chairs to sit on. My partner and I had to lay towels on the ground and sit on them. Most of the staff at this hotel are very friendly, except for one person. When I checked in, I encountered a woman named Jocelyn. She is not very tall with blond hair. As soon as she saw my passport, she insisted that I provide my "Chinese address." When I wrote down my American address, she repeatedly questioned its authenticity without any valid reason. I also noticed that her attitude towards me was markedly different compared to the white couple in front of me. She explained the extra resort fees to them in a very nice and patient manner. However, when I inquired if I needed to pay any extra resort fees, she completely ignored my question. I can't understand why she treated me this way. Was it because of my race? Despite this incident, most of the employees here are very friendly. However, I hope the hotel can ensure that all guests are treated fairly, regardless of their race.

I didn't think I would enjoy staying in Waikiki as a returning resident, but found it enjoyable. You can't beat a cup of coffee on the beach just a block down, farmer's market in the Hyatt, Musubi cafe down the side street and the walkability of everything. I was surprised at how many locals live and hang out at eateries & beach. Yes, it's a little noisy, busy, and the hotel isn't new and rooms are tight, but it had what I needed w/ a good coffee bar most of the day snacks. My only negative is the AC is really loud in the room & makes it a bit difficult to sleep. I would stay again!

This location is ideal for walking to the beach and is easily within walking distance to the main strip. I was given beach chairs both days that I asked and staff was always friendly and willing to accommodate. Coddle and flavored creamer in the lobby was great. There is a club in the hotel, but it was never a problem as far as noise. This was a simple reasonable hotel near everything, but no view if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again. It met my needs.

Great place close to the beach the staff was friendly. Room were clean enough and bed was comfy. My only complaint was the parking. It was tough to get parking luckily I constantly checked with the staff as to when a space would open up. Overall a nice place, I’d stay there again.
