All the staff, receptionists and house keeping are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are always smile and greet us whenever they see us. Although we only stayrd for one night, they made us feel the warm like at home.

Was iffy about check in being at 4 pm, however the staff was AMAZING. They had a newer girl working (Gabrielle) and she was doing fantastic, kudos to her she was able to get me in earlier and was super friendly and made us feel at home! 10/10 rooms were clean and neat, super good location near the beach, everyone was friendly! Will definitely go through Stay next time i’m in the area!

Great location and fantastic staff, there was a tea and coffee station from 5am-7pm, you could do washing and drying and staff would give you free detergent, it was minutes away from Waikiki beach and you could borrow towels, lilos, tubes, chairs for the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

We loved and enjoyed our stay here very convenient and very helpful staff. All staff we had an encounter with were absolutely great and took care of us! As our first time in Hawaii we definitely want to return and go back and stay here . They also have a laundry on site . Loved it and I will Recommend it

The room was clean the housemaids were nice and welcoming. Parking was a nightmare. Was told we were first on the list for parking and never received a phone call or text or carrier pigeon to notify us about the parking spot. Request 3rd floor or above if you are a light sleeper there is a Karaoke Bar (super fun place) that runs until 2am. Location is great block away from all the shops and beach and plenty of restaurants.
