"The breakfast was great, and the room had everything advertised, but the coffee machine didn't work at all – which I reported to reception, and they didn't fix. The floor was carpeted and simply dirty. £300 for two nights with a view of Tower Bridge should have been in a nicer room. Such a high price doesn't reflect the standard of the room. The view is beautiful, but the rest (which is all on your end) needs work :D"

"The room was large and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The location of this hotel is really perfect. I was so easy to get to many parts of the city either by walking or taking the Waterloo station which is a short walk from the hotel. "
