「At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. 」
「The staff, especially Winzell were super helpful. She helped my & my kids with my room and switching my room when I needed an upgrade. She helped me get checked in early too. My room was very nice & super clean. The water pressure in our bathrooms was fantastic! The bathrooms were very, very nice-spacious. "The front desk staff was friendly, but the room facilities were poor. There were no hangers to hang clothes, no door guard, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the lock on the balcony door was broken, so I was very worried about security. There was no room cleaning during my stay. The subway station was close and the bus stop was in front of the hotel, so it was convenient. There was a fire station next door, but the noise wasn't a problem."
