"The breakfast bar was not the quality I expected. Hot items were lukewarm at the best. Variety of options but nothing compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The manager was very nice and asked how our stay was. I complimented on 24 hour outside security however I did mention the breakfast. He took down my suggestions and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. "

"It’s in the Bronx. Besides that, very clean, quiet, and modern. Despite the Bronx, there is a very modern and well stocked grocery store across the street from it."

"The room was filthy, cig burns in my sheet in a non smoking room. Dirt marks in sheets, pillows, towels. The condition was horrible, very noisy. If I could rate 0/5 or 10 I would. Never again"

"I called the hotel because I was checking in at 4 am due to had issue in my apartment and I was working a double needed to crash quite place to sleep . They gave me room c18 . Mind u I tell the guy front desk that I was very tired was looking forward to good rest . Now why the put me in area where all the noise is at 730 am . Maintenance, breakfast room. Walkie talkies going off constantly. It was very upsetting because they kept waking me up . Was not a happy camper ! Think I would have slept better at the motel across the highway smh.. FYI rooms were clean bed was comfortable but I couldn’t sleep ."
